Chocolate Zucchini Bunt Cake(Gluten Free, Flour Free, Processed Sugar Free)
Chocolate Zucchini Bunt Cake
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 raw cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pure vanilla
2 tbs ground flax
1 shredded zucchini
Shred your zucchini on a cheese grater and wring out excess moisture in a cheesecloth, set aside. Add all ingredients except shredded zucchini to food processor and process until smooth. Once Smooth pulse in shredded zucchini. (If you prefer zero traces of the zucchini, pulse to your hearts desire). Pour batter into greased bunt pan and cook at 350 until toothpick comes out mostly clean. About 45 minutes.
