Nutrient Dense Ramen(Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

For The Broth

2 quarts bone broth

1 bag spinach

1 bag mung bean sprouts

1 bundle green onions(chop)

5 cloves garlic(chop)

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbs liquid aminos

1 tbs sesame seed oil

6 boiled eggs(pre boil)




Add all to a pot and simmer for 1 hr covered

(I usually start the broth first and let it simmer while I cook the rest.)


Meat of choice

Feel free to do whatever feels right to you. Beef, chicken, or pork.

For Filet

Season with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Sear each side in a hot pan quickly until a crust forms and add to 450° oven.

(If thick steaks 20min for medium rare)

(Thin 17min for medium rare)


Cook rice noodles as directed on package(Thai kitchen is my favorite brand)

Sautéed Shiitake mushrooms

Sautéed bok Choy
