Honey

Coconut Sugar




Unpasturized Raw Honey-The list of benefits to our health goes on and on. Being a good source of antioxidants, antibacterial and anti fungal, and full of phytonutrients(compounds found in plants that protect the plant from harm).


Pure Maple Syrup-High in antioxidants, and full of nutrients like riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and potassium.


Dates-High in the three antioxidants flavonoids, carotenoids, phenolic acid, as well as full of nutrients, dates are a very versatile alternative to high processed sugars.


Coconut Sugar-Contains over 16 amino acids and multiple B vitamins. Having a low glycemic index coconut sugar *could* be a good alternative for diabetics.


While these are much healthier alternatives to the processed white sugars, corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, we must eat them accompanied by a diet high in fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy complex carbohydrates.
